Our founder, Farid Mirmohseni, saw this firsthand. Growing up in a manufacturing business, he watched his father become the person everyone turned to for technical answers. As the business grew, its success increasingly depended on knowledge concentrated in one person's head, and there was no way to scale that.

It wasn't unique to his family's company. It's a structural reality across the chemical industry: the expertise that drives commercial success is locked inside a few people, and the business can only move as fast as they can.

Years later, as advances in AI and data technology began to make a new approach possible, Farid and his cousin Sajjad, who also grew up around the industry, set out to solve it.
